As we grow, we’re looking for a Master Plumber to join our crew, take charge, and help us level up our plumbing division. Job Summary We’re looking for a licensed Master Plumber who knows their craft inside and out. This isn’t just a job—it’s a chance to lead, solve real problems, and build something that lasts. You’ll handle installs, repairs, and maintenance in residential and commercial settings while mentoring the next generation of plumbers and making sure the job’s done right. What You’ll Do Run the show on installs, repairs, and maintenance for water heaters, water supply lines, drainage systems, boilers, and more. Troubleshoot and solve problems like leaks, blockages, and system failures—no shortcuts, just solid solutions. Lead and mentor the team, showing the ropes to younger plumbers and making sure every job meets SwiftPro’s standards. Read and work from blueprints to map out plumbing layouts. Stay on top of the code, ensuring everything’s up to local plumbing and safety standards. Talk straight with customers, explaining timelines, costs, and any changes, while finding ways to upsell repairs (earn commission for it, too). Be the go-to guy for plumbing emergencies, stepping up when the unexpected hits. What You Bring A valid Master Plumber License and a deep knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and materials. 10 years of experience getting your hands dirty in residential, commercial, or industrial plumbing. Natural leadership skills —you know how to take charge and keep the crew on track. The stamina to handle physical work, tight spaces, and high-pressure situations. Problem-solving chops to fix the tough jobs and keep customers happy. Good communication skills —you know how to talk to customers and crew without overcomplicating things. What We’d Love to See Advanced plumbing experience, like hydronic heating or industrial systems. Familiarity with green plumbing solutions —sustainability matters. Experience in sales —you know how to talk customers through options and recommend repairs. Bilingual skills in Spanish would be a huge plus!
