Inside Equipment Technician

We are seeking a full-time Inside Equipment Technician. This will play a key role in supporting our customers by preparing and repairing equipment for installations.

What You Will Do:

• Prepare equipment including beverage coolers, fixtures, coffee/water. kiosks and supplies for customer installations
• Perform basic troubleshooting and refurbishment on used equipment
• Triage inbound equipment for functionality and condition
• Maintain equipment and millwork shop area to company standards
• Order parts and supplies for prep area
• Maintain all equipment logs and records to properly track assets and parts including asset tracking systems
• Transport equipment between warehouses as necessary
• Support field service team as needed with equipment moves and repairs
• Perform equipment and parts inventory as required

Your Qualifications:

• 3 years' experience in general equipment service maintenance or repair
• Strong communication skills including with customers as needed
• Refrigeration troubleshooting experience a plus but not required
• Basic PC experience
