About the Position
We are looking for a qualified Social Media Manager to join our team. If you are a tech-savvy professional, experienced in social media and digital PR, we would love to meet you.
As our ideal candidate, you will share your expertise with our company to enhance our online presence in all aspects of social media and social engagements, including public relations as needed, while operating existing social media marketing platforms. You will manage our company image in a cohesive way to achieve our marketing goals.
Ultimately, you should be able to handle our social media presence while ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer engagement.
Responsibilities
- Plan and develop social media content calendars for relevant platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
- Create, edit and post content for relevant platforms
- Leverage measurement tools to provide progress reports and mine insights, while continually finding ways to improve on those metrics through testing and new initiatives
- Work jointly with others to develop and amplify campaigns conducted throughout the company
- Respond to audience and customers on social media (customer care best practices & engagement)
- Ensure all online efforts and messaging are consistent with the values, overall story, and voice for the target audience.
- Set and implement social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies and goals
- Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner
- Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews
- Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness
- Liaise with Product Department to stay updated on new products and upcoming releases
- Build relationships with customers, potential customers, industry professionals and journalists
- Stay up-to-date with social media, fashion and fabric trends
- Some evening and weekend work could be required due to the “always on” nature of social media
