Our organization is seeking an front desk receptionist to join our team. The front desk receptionist is the gatekeeper of this law firm. They work at greeting clients and visitors, answering incoming calls, making appointments, creating files, managing calendars and other administrative tasks. Because the front desk receptionist is often the first person with whom clients and visitors interact, he or she is important to the image of the firm and must be polished, professional, organized and articulate. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and strong attention to detail, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities:
- Answer and screen telephone calls
- Schedule appointments
- Create files
- Receive client payments
- Assist in assembling executed client documents
- Stage files for upcoming appointments
- Other administrative tasks
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
