• Review operating reports and direct resolution of operational and maintenance issues to minimize costs and prevent delays
• Perform administrative tasks related to operations management, including data compilation and report generation
• Determine staff responsibilities and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
• Participate in disciplinary actions according to company policies and the Collective Bargaining Agreement
Requirements:
• Five years' experience in a similar role or equivalent combination of education and experience
