What are the responsibilities and job description for the Human Resources (HR) Clerk (Seasonal) position at Moonlight Companies?
Job Responsibilities:
- Performs all reception duties – greeting all visitors, mail processing, office inventory control
- Maintains compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and regulations
- Maintains human resources information system records
- Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions
- Completes Forms I-9, verifies I-9 documentation and maintains I-9 files
- Assists with recruitment and interview process
- Maintains employee maintenance in Famous Software and labor tracking system
- Prepares all new hire packets for all company employees
- Ensures all employees have completed all new hire documentation
- Issues all new hire key cards and badges while working with Field Safety Coordinators to ensure efficient employee onboarding
- Schedules meetings and interviews as requested by the Director of Human Resources

This job operates in a professional office environment while using standard office equipment
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a seasonal position that could potentially become a full-time position.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual Spanish
- Knowledge of human resource functions
- Ability to work well in a team-based environment
- Ability to produce results in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with basic computer skills
Pay Range: Min ($17.00) to Max ($18.50)
This position may encompass other duties than the specified duties listed above. If necessary, alternative duties can be assigned at the discretion of the direct supervisor.
