As the Business Analyst- Finance, you will bring your specialty in financial reporting automation to support our Finance team by streamlining and automating routine reporting tasks. You will focus on creating and maintaining interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI. This role is ideal for a candidate who is eager to learn and apply technical skills in a finance environment- even if your background isn’t exclusively in finance.
Please note this is an on-site position in our office in Lanham, MD.

Your Impact:
- Develop and maintain reports by creating user-friendly dashboards and automated reports primarily using Power BI.
- Assist with connecting and extracting data from NetSuite and other systems.
- Work closely with team members to understand recurring reporting needs and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Help document workflows, scripts, and tools to support team training and continuous improvement.
- Provide assistance on special projects and ad hoc reporting requests as needed.
Your Profile:
- 1-3 years of experience in business analytics, reporting, or a related technical role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience in PowerBI and PowerQuery.
- Experience with NetSuite or other ERP systems a plus.
- Comfortable working with large datasets and connecting to databases or APIs.
- Commitment to data accuracy and clear, consistent reporting.
- Good verbal and written skills to translate technical details into actionable insights.
- Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate certification or equivalent credential highly desirable.
- Demonstrated proficiency in DAX a plus.
- Working knowledge of Python and/or SQL a plus.
- Availability to commute to Lanham, MD office 5 days a week.
