We are seeking an experienced and proactive Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process to attract, engage, and retain top talent. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop strategies to meet hiring goals in alignment with the firm’s growth and culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates for accounting, administrative, and leadership roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, create detailed job descriptions, and establish candidate profiles.
- Proactively source candidates using a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and evaluate candidates’ qualifications and fit for the organization.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, providing timely communication and feedback to candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and ensure compliance with applicable hiring regulations.
- Build and nurture relationships with colleges, universities, and professional organizations to create a robust talent pipeline.
- Promote the firm’s employer brand through targeted outreach and participation in career fairs, networking events, and other recruitment initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably within the professional services or accounting industry.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools, including applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to attract and retain diverse talent to meet organizational needs.
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations related to hiring practices.
