Job Description:
Moore Engineering has an opening for a MEP Construction Project Manager with a minimum of 5 years of HVAC and Plumbing construction, design, and project management experience.
Responsibilities will include supporting our construction projects, shop drawing reviews, field observations, mechanical commissioning, constructability reviews, and assisting Project Engineers with HVAC and Plumbing design as needed. Good communication skills and MEP system knowledge is necessary.
Requirements:
MEP system construction background is required.
Familiarity with HVAC and Plumbing systems is required.
Familiarity with building automation and system balancing.
Commissioning experience is desired.
Past HVAC and Plumbing design experience is preferred.
Engineering degree is preferred but not required.
Knowledge of building codes, ASHRAE Standards, Healthcare design codes, and industry standards is required.
