We are seeking an Associate Attorney for our growing Workers Compensation practice in the state of New Jersey. We have opened an office in NJ and looking for 1-2 attorneys to help us continue to represent our current clients and build new business. We are not new to opening new offices. We have already grown our practice to KY, TN, PA and FL and NJ is our next expansion. We opened an office in Fairfield, NJ. We are looking at candidates with 0 to 7 years of litigation experience. The responsibilities of this position include the full litigation process, including drafting, writing, researching and effective communication with clients, as well as moving cases through the litigation process in accordance with court and client mandated deadlines.
Minimum requirements :
- 0 to 7 years of experience
- Licensed NJ
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft office and familiar with legal case management software
