As a key member of our team, you will represent clients in all phases of litigation, from pre-trial motions to trial preparation and resolution. Key Responsibilities :
- Represent clients in insurance defense matters
- Manage and litigate cases from inception through resolution, including pre-trial, discovery, motion practice, settlement negotiations, and trial.
- Provide legal analysis and strategic advice to clients on risk management and compliance matters.
- Draft, review, and file legal documents such as complaints, answers, motions, and discovery responses.
- Work closely with insurance adjusters, risk managers, expert witnesses, and other stakeholders to develop defense strategies.
- Maintain and manage a caseload efficiently while meeting deadlines and client expectations.
- Stay current on developments in insurance defense and relevant regulations.
