GRADE/STEP: Exempt (12 mo.), E12-3, Steps 1-5
BENEFITS: Full-Time Package
SALARY COMPENSATION PACKAGE: $66,859.00 - $69,419.00 annually
WORK PERIOD: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM - Will include occasional evenings and weekends

Job Objective: Under limited supervision, works to assist instructors with instructional excellence. Provides analysis and strategies for instructors to address opportunities for improvement within the classroom. Works with instructors in an advisory setting to promote best instructional practices in the classroom. An incumbent in this position will utilize discretion, ingenuity and independent judgment due to the complexity of the job.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor’s degree required; bachelor’s degree in instructional design and development, instructional technology media or related area preferred.
Credentials: Oklahoma Driver's License with acceptable driving record
Additional certifications may be required for special program areas
Experience: Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in classroom teaching, developing training, and/or instructional materials required.
