Responsibilities:
- Promote and uphold Moore's Vision, Mission, and Values, ensuring all partners understand and strive to live by these principles.
- Guarantee the protection of all team members by prioritizing safety and executing lead measures effectively.
- Champion Continuous Improvement and Lean methodology by collaborating with the Continuous Improvement Manager and educating your team on Lean principles.
- Oversight of manpower allocation within your designated area to maintain financial and skillset balance for all projects.
- Initial project scheduling and continuous monitoring and updating of schedules.
- Nurturing positive and professional relationships with customers, subcontractors, vendors, and engineers.
- Efficient use of tools and equipment on-site.
- Maintenance of change order logs.
Requirements:
- 5 years of industrial mechanical experience.
- 2 years of job site leadership experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Exceptional leadership skills; dedication and patience are essential.
- Able to read and interpret job site documentation without supervision.
- Ensure installations are completed according to job documents and drawings.
- Provide a safe work environment for yourself and your team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and Smart sheets.
- Lifting up to 85 pounds.
- Able to handle and control tools or equipment.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Ability to work at heights from ladders, lifts, and/or scaffolding.
- Ability to work in cramped, awkward, and/or confined spaces.
- Valid driver's license.
