Moore Water and Air, the trusted distributor of RainSoft® systems in Eastern North Carolina and South Carolina, is seeking a Call Center Appointment Setter to join our team. This is a key role in our company, providing valuable customer interactions that drive our success.

What You’ll Do:
- Make hundreds of outbound calls daily to maximize lead generation.
- Overcome objections and educate customers on the benefits of our services.
- Close and schedule appointments with potential clients.
- Master call scripts and refine your approach for optimal success.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly performance goals.
- Exhibit exceptional communication and listening skills.
- Stay coachable, positive, and committed to continuous improvement.

Work Schedule:
- Monday – Friday: 4:30 PM – 9:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:30 AM – 12:30 PM
