Your Impact:
- Build project timelines in Excel based on the scope of work provided by the Project Manager.
- Set up projects in tools like Workfront, Stacker, Dropbox, and Expensify and Ramp.
- Manage and update timelines in Workfront throughout the project lifecycle.
- Proactively follow up with PMs, CMs, and other stakeholders to ensure upcoming milestones and deadlines are met.
- Send project updates, reminders, and deliverables on behalf of PMs when requested.
- Track project progress, identify potential delays, and escalate issues as needed to keep projects on schedule.
- Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to support project execution and resource management.
- Work with the Creative Manager to maintain smooth workflow and ensure resource allocation aligns with project needs.
- Coordinate with the Sr. Creative Director and Sr. Creative Strategist to ensure projects align with the creative vision and strategic goals.
- Assist the Account Director by ensuring project deliverables meet client expectations and facilitating smooth client communication when needed.
- 2 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in a creative agency, video production, or marketing environment.
- Strong background or familiarity with creative and video production processes.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Workfront, Stacker, Excel, Dropbox, and Expensify and Ramp.
- Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable with following up persistently to keep projects on track.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
