Job Description:As a Customer Service Representative at Mooresville Oil and Propane, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive customer experience. You will be the first point of contact for our customers and will be responsible for handling incoming calls, providing assistance, and directing calls to the appropriate personnel. Your responsibilities will also include maintaining daily spreadsheets, sending statements, and other administrative tasks. RKey Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls and addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
- Directing calls to the appropriate departments or personnel.
- Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintaining and updating daily spreadsheets accurately.
- Preparing and sending customer statements.
- Assisting with general administrative tasks as needed.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Upholding company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college or relevant coursework preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or front desk roles is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service orientation.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
