Moosehaven is HIRING!
We are looking for a Full time, 40 hours per week Maintenance Groundskeeper to join our TEAM! The ideal candidate must be dependable, likes to work with people, is comfortable using the computer and has a valid Florida drivers license.
This position will be responsible for landscaping maintenance that would involve but not limited to :
The groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining the aesthetic appearance of the property by performing tasks such as mowing lawns, trimming hedges, planting greenery, watering plants, removing debris, and performing basic maintenance on landscaping equipment, ensuring the property remains clean and well-manicured.
Must be able to perform but not limited to the following skills : sod laying, mowing, trimming, planting, watering, fertilizing, digging, raking, sprinkler installation and maintenance
Required to be familiar with and use all hand tools and power tools common to the skills listed and be well versed in the disciplines mentioned above.
Must be able to read and interpret instructions
Must have the ability to work comfortably and well with other employees
Must always follow safety rules and procedures
Minimum Requirements
- Must have valid Florida Driver's License
- Must have high school diploma
- 2 years' prior work experience in the same field is required.
- Must be able to use a computer
