Duties
ERP Administrator (Windows Systems and SQL ) Develops standards and assures appropriate documentation of all technical library references and manuals. Develops and fine tunes SQL queries for reports generation and general database administration tasks. Creates environment from College’s ERP production system for test and development purposes. Assists in the administration of the College’s ERP system. Installs new system software with adequate controls for backup and recovery. Coordinates and collaborates with different departments of the campus for implementation and integration of applications with the ERP system. Consults relevant knowledge base and training manuals regularly to update one’s skills. Prepares status reports on the system configuration and assigned projects. Provides technical support for Applications Development Services. Participates in SQL Server database administration functions as needed. Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Demonstrated knowledge of Enterprise class operating systems (Windows) and associated system utilities. Demonstrated knowledge of developing SQL queries in MS SQL environment to create tables, views, functions, stored procedures, reports, etc. Demonstrated ability to provide excellent service and able to work in a diverse group of campus community and IT. Demonstrated knowledge of administration of an ERP environment in higher education. Demonstrated analytical ability to logically approach applications. General knowledge of PowerShell for system and application processes automation. General knowledge of networks, personal computers, and related hardware and software. Basic Knowledge of SQL database administration functions. Basic knowledge of Linux.
