Morales Group Staffing is hiring Production Associates for Subaru in Lafayette, Indiana.
$500 sign-on bonus
Pay:
- $16.50 an hour

Responsibilities of Production Associate:
- Physical position – bending, twisting, standing, kneeling, crouching, standing, walking
- In and out of an automobile during the manufacturing process 8-10 hours a day
- Assembling products and parts
- Operating and maintaining machinery and production line equipment
- Monitoring the assembly line and removing faulty product
- Working on the production line and meeting production targets
- Maintaining a clean workstation and production floor
- Following production guidelines and specifications
- Follow health and safety standards
- Reporting any issues to your supervisor on duty
- Perform other tasks as assigned
Requirements of Production Associate:
- Must be able to bend, twist, stand, kneel, crouch, stand and walk for long periods of time
- Capable of lifting 30-50 pound unassisted
- Able to work on feet or knees for extended periods of time
- Attention to Detail & Able to follow instructions
- Able to work 2 Saturday’s a month, including overtime
- Must be willing to work ANY shift
- Must be 18yrs or older
- High school diploma or higher
- Must be able to work overtime if needed

- 1st and 2nd shifts are available
