POSITION SUMMARY: At Moravian University, we are dedicated to empowering students through innovative education and personalized support. As the Associate Director of Enrollment Operations (ADEO), you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of our admissions and financial aid systems—helping those who support students succeed.
In this role, you will manage and enhance the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and assist in support of financial aid and student information system to optimize enrollment processes and integration with University systems. Your work will focus on improving efficiencies, streamlining workflows, and providing data-driven insights that enable our admissions and financial aid teams to better serve students. You will also serve as a trusted advisor and technology champion, ensuring that staff are equipped with the tools, training, and strategies needed to create an exceptional experience for prospective students and their families. As in any role at Moravian, you will also have the opportunity to directly support students and families throughout their experience at Moravian.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategic Operations & Technology Management
- Oversee and maintain CRM, financial aid software and student information system, among others, to ensure seamless data management and workflow facilitation.
- Analyze system functionality and implement best practices to improve the student enrollment experience and institutional efficiency.
- Develop strategies for data integrity, reporting, and performance analytics, ensuring leadership has actionable insights for decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Registrar's Office, Academic Affairs, Center for Global Education, Career and Civic Engagement) to build a cohesive and student-centered enrollment experience.
Support & Training for Enrollment Teams
- Act as a bridge between technology and people, empowering admissions and financial aid staff with comprehensive training, onboarding programs, and user-friendly guides.
- Provide ongoing technical support and system troubleshooting, ensuring teams can effectively utilize CRM and financial aid platforms.
- Develop and regularly update training manuals and internal documentation to support staff development.
Marketing & Communication Operations
- Execute and support communications workflows, ensuring prospective students receive timely and personalized information via email, chat, web prompts, print materials, and more.
- Support project planning, fulfillment, and deployment of communication campaigns to strengthen engagement with prospective students.
Data Analytics & Process Improvement
- Create, manage, and interpret reports and dashboards to assess recruitment and marketing effectiveness.
- Partner with leadership to refine data-driven enrollment strategies that enhance recruitment outcomes.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in data collection, working closely with Information Technology to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
- Experience in admissions, financial aid, or higher education operations preferred.
- Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills with an eye for efficiency and process improvement.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities to support and train diverse teams.

- Knowledge of enrollment databases, CRM systems, and data management practices preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
