As a Graduate Assistant for Enrollment Operations, you will play an essential role in assisting with the day-to-day functions that support prospective students, admissions teams, and enrollment processes. This position offers hands-on experience in higher education operations, student information systems, and data management-ideal for a graduate student interested in enrollment management, business operations, or data analytics. Essential Functions And Responsibilities
Application Processing & Data Management
Assist with application processing and data entry in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Student Information System (SIS). Support document verification and management to ensure accuracy and completeness of student records. Help monitor and troubleshoot data inconsistencies to maintain data integrity.
Reporting & Process Improvement
Assist with enrollment-related reporting and analytics projects, providing insights for strategic decision-making. Participate in system testing, updates, and process documentation to support ongoing improvements.
Communication & Enrollment Support
Support communication workflows, including email outreach, text messages, and applicant portal updates. Provide additional operational support as needed across enrollment functions, ensuring a smooth experience for prospective students and families.
Qualifications
Currently enrolled in a graduate program (preferably in higher education, business, or data analytics). Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information. Experience with CRM or student information systems preferred. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
