Experience: A minimum of one (1) year full-time (or equivalent) of either test proctoring experience or experience working in Public or Higher Education setting is required
The candidate must have strong communication skills; be organized and attentive to detail; be able to handle multiple tasks at one time; maintain personal information in strict confidence; and have experience using Microsoft Office and Internet browsers.
The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of the testing process through active proctoring of exams for all students.
Schedule must be flexible throughout the academic year.
The selected candidate will check in test takers; verify identity; launch exams; seat test takers; and proctor test administrations, most of which are computer-based.
The selected candidate must understand testing protocols and be able to answer basic questions about all tests.
Candidates must be comfortable working alone in a quiet environment.
Candidates will be given the schedule well in advance to make yourself available. (10-15 hrs a month).

It is MSM’s Immunization policy that all Prospective Employees are encouraged to provide proof that they are vaccinated against COVID-19 prior to commencement of employment. If employment will commence during Flu Season, MSM requires all individuals to provide proof that they are vaccinated against Seasonal Influenza for the current Flu Season, unless granted an exemption. Failure to provide proof of vaccination for any required vaccines or obtain an exemption from MSM will result in rescission of a candidate’s offer of employment or disciplinary action up to and including termination.
