Experience:
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in maternal health research or related field.

- Lead the design, implementation, and management of research projects focused on maternal health.
- Develop research protocols, study methodologies, and data collection tools.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment of project goals and objectives.
- Recruit and train research staff, including fieldworkers and data collectors.
- Oversee data collection, management, and analysis processes to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Conduct literature reviews and stay updated on current trends and developments in maternal health research.
- Prepare research reports, manuscripts, and presentations for dissemination to stakeholders, conferences, and peer-reviewed journals.
- Collaborate with policymakers, healthcare providers, and community organizations to translate research findings into actionable recommendations.
- Assist in grant writing, proposal development, and fundraising efforts to support maternal health research initiatives.
- Stay abreast of ethical guidelines and regulations governing research involving human subjects.
- Provide support to the project director in developing project timelines, budgets, and milestones.
