What are the responsibilities and job description for the Property Manager/Office Assistant position at Moreno Property Management?
The candidate best qualified for this job will be bilingual, able to work every day, Monday thru Friday, 8 hours a day, have their own transportation and be reliable and an independent worker. Our office handles multiple properties for different owners so that includes completing leases, arranging repairs, dealing with tenants and vendors, keeping office flow charts up to date and performing many other jobs associated with property management and a small Psychology practice. Knowledge of Word, Excel, lease writing, knowledge of how to read insurance policies, excellent English grammar and peope skills are a must.

Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week

- Do you have your own form of transportation, because you will be having
to deliver leases and do pre and post walk throughs. Reimbursement for gas will be provided.
- Are you familiar with Excel, Word, Google Calendar, lease writing, insurance policy reviews and work flow sheets?
- The shift being offered is from 9:00-5:00pm, this is non negotiable. Will this be a problem foryou?
