IT Support Lead
We are seeking an experienced IT Support Lead to provide hands-on IT support a global, agricultural business. This role will be based out their Stamford office and nearby production facility, while also overseeing IT support activities across the EMEA region. This role is crucial in ensuring timely resolution of IT tickets and aligning IT support with business needs. You will be overseeing a small team of 4 and report into the Global Director of IT Operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide local IT support for hardware, software, and networks.
- Manage IT tickets and oversee a small EMEA support team.
- Act as the main IT contact for business stakeholders.
- Maintain IT infrastructure and ensure security compliance.
- Collaborate with global IT teams to align processes.
