Manager/Bartender

Duties:
Looking for day Bar Managers for Schaumburg Moretti's location. Could be flexible, Too busy for managers. Write your own day or night schedule. Do bar schedule, weekly inventory. Order all alcohol. Etc. For 5 days AM .$500 salary tips. Create your own crowd. Only looking for bartenders that can do that. Will be Mon_ Fri. Need to meet at Moretti's / Ala Carte Entertainment Corporate office. 2330 Hammond dv. #G Schaumburg, IL Great opportunity. Career advancement available. - Take customer orders and provide recommendations on drink selections
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for alcohol consumption
- Handle cash transactions and operate a cash register
- Monitor customer behavior and ensure responsible alcohol consumption
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries or concerns
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders for banquets or catering events

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of retail math, including calculating prices, discounts, and tips
- Experience in the hospitality or food service industry, with a focus on serving/bartending
- Proficient in cash handling and operating a cash register
- Familiarity with brewing techniques and different types of alcoholic beverages
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and staff members
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating drink recipes accurately
- Knowledge of food handling safety regulations and practices

This position requires a high level of customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment. Bartenders must also be able to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects such as kegs or cases of alcohol.
