Responsibilities
Job purpose:
Establish and comply with the weekly production schedule in order to achieve the budgeted production volume within the standards of Safety, Quality, Deliveries, Productivity and Cost; established.Likewise, it is responsible for ensuring that its team of collaborators knows and applies the Safety and Hygiene protocols established in the corresponding policies and procedures, and is also responsible for following up on the correction of any unsafe act or condition within its line and, therefore, way contributes to the company's Safety culture.
Main responsibilities:
Essential duties and responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:• Is responsible for identifying opportunities for improvement related to Security by raising and/or recording incidents in the “ThinkSafe” portal, based on DWB findings and/or security tours, as well as monitoring these. , to maintain an effective accident prevention system.• He is responsible for managing the resources of the line: time available to produce, machines and tooling available, levels of raw materials and peripherals, scheduled maintenance, etc., with the purpose of organizing the productive activities of the line under his responsibility, considering the risks or barriers that may affect compliance with the scheduled volume.• Is responsible for issuing the staff shift role for each production line, for informing their group leaders and interested parties such as Payroll, Assets, Quality, etc.• Is responsible for issuing the weekly report of productive hours, downtime and incidents; Likewise, he authorizes the leaves, vacations or disabilities of the collaborators under his charge and informs the payroll area about these reports for their application in the payroll.• Is responsible for coordinating with his group leaders the practical evaluations of the collaborators under his charge, reviews the results, updates the skills matrix and reports the information to his immediate boss and Human Resources to make the corresponding category adjustments.
• Is responsible for monitoring work orders and their development within the line, monitoring the level of parts in the production process in order to identify the causes that are delaying the process and take improvement actions. Likewise, it keeps the WIP report updated and informs interested parties.• Is responsible for notifying the planner of low quantity orders and requesting supplement orders. • Is responsible for supervising that the collection and disposal of waste is carried out based on Safety and Quality standards; Likewise regarding the management of chemical substances. Reports anomalies, identifies and proposes and executes corrective actions.• Is responsible for requesting the intervention of the Maintenance area in the event of machine or equipment failures; Follows up on the resolution of the failure and requests a report to know the final status of the equipment in order to ensure the safe start-up of the equipment.• Is responsible for delivering the finished product to Logistics on time, so that the shipment can be completed in time and manner for shipping.• Is responsible for addressing and following up on quality deviations identified during the production process, and also addresses quality problems to achieve objectives.• Is responsible for the training and training of new staff or staff who change areas. • Participate and coordinate Kaizen events in their areas

Requirements:
- Bachelor's level, Graduate.
- 4 years of verifiable experience in a similar position, leading teams of 30 to 40 people
- Knowledge of the security rules applicable to the line in your charge
- Knowledge of the ISO 9001:2015 Standard
- Intermediate English
- Interpretation of plans
- Experience in machines and tools for industrial use
- Experience using Lean Manufacturing tools
