About The Role
As the Supply Chain Manager for our Technical Ceramics business unit, you will be responsible for coordinating global logistics activities including transportation, storage, and distribution of goods and services. You will play a vital role in progressing our global organization, managing supply chain operations, and ensuring that all necessary regulations and standards are met.
What You'll Do:
- SIOP Engagement & Leadership: Develop and deploy Sales, Inventory, Operations, & Planning processes. Collaborate cross-functionally in product lifecycle planning, formalizing supply commitments, and formulating effective mitigation strategies.
- Inventory & Warehouse Management: Manage inventory stock levels, establish consignment strategies with key vendors, and lead inventory reduction programs. Responsible for end-to-end Excess & Obsolescence Inventory Management.
- Production Planning & Procurement: Forecast material procurement, production planning, rate setting, cost savings, and vendor management. Implement good planning practices and establish systems to issue manufacturing work orders.
- Talent Management: Infuse growth into the Supply Chain teams, establish an effective organizational structure, and evaluate operational performance. Develop a culture of continuous improvement mindset.

What You'll Bring:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Data Science, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain with manufacturing operations knowledge. Minimum 2-4 years of experience managing or supervising operations and supply chain.
- Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and written communication skills. Proficiency in spreadsheet and ERP-type software. APICS supply chain certification and Lean Six Sigma experience/certification are a plus.
- Physical Requirements: Must be capable of sitting and using a computer for extended periods, lifting up to 35 pounds, traveling within the US, and passing eye tests.
Salary : $105,000 - $135,000
