Responsibilities

• Manage and train and hire office staff for best workflow
• Team building with office staff
• Backup payroll clerk ability to process biweekly and monthly commission payrolls, using Paycom payroll software
• 401K verify upload to administrator biweekly, employee benefits & workers compensation paid monthly reconcile schedule after payments issued
• Review AP batch checks and support assist with signing check
• Schedule review and management ensure all are clean any notes are clear and accurate with aging policy
• Monthly sales tax submission
• Monthly expense account review, assist Controller with accruals as needed
• EOM review and financial statement transmission to factory

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years office manager experience multi franchise a plus
• Excel workbook skills required, basic formulas & V lookup
• Excellent written and verbal communications with piers and customers
• Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment
• Team player, integrity and strong work ethics, attention to detail, and organized
• Automotive software experience required Reynolds and Reynolds or ADP
