Position Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven Account Sales Executive with 3-5 years of experience selling Executive Search, Staffing, RPO, or Recruitment Services. This individual will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. This role offers the opportunity to sell a diverse portfolio of solutions, including Executive Search, Staffing, Small-Scale RPO Engagements, and Recruiter Training Programs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Business Development: Identify and engage new prospects through cold outreach, networking, and referrals to drive revenue growth.
- Consultative Selling: Understand client hiring challenges and provide tailored Executive Search, Staffing, RPO, or Training solutions.
- Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers (HR leaders, Talent Acquisition Heads, and Executives).
- Proposal & Negotiation: Develop proposals, present solutions, and negotiate contracts to close deals efficiently.
- Market Research & Competitive Intelligence: Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and client hiring needs.
- Collaboration: Work closely with delivery teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3-5 years of sales experience in Executive Search, Staffing, RPO, or related talent solutions.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Strong consultative sales approach with the ability to articulate value and ROI to clients.
- Experience selling into HR, Talent Acquisition, or Hiring Managers is required.
- Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented with excellent relationship-building skills.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and sales prospecting techniques.
