Are you a detail-oriented HR professional with a passion for talent development and performance management? We are partnering with a well-know Kansas City company to find an HR Specialist for a 6-month contract opportunity.
This role will play a key part in performance management, talent reviews, and engagement initiatives, working closely with leadership in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and comfortable working with HR data to drive meaningful insights. This hybrid position offers flexibility, with both remote work and in-office collaboration as needed. Weekly in office days in KC will be part of this role.

Responsibilities :
- Support performance management initiatives, including year-end reviews, talent reviews, and succession planning
- Assist with engagement surveys and related projects to enhance employee experience
- Help manage enterprise talent reviews, ensuring data accuracy and reporting insights
- Analyze HR data to identify trends, such as high performers and potential leadership candidates
- Coordinate HR processes and programs, ensuring smooth execution and compliance
- Utilize Excel, PowerPoint, and HRIS to organize and present HR data
- Communicate with senior leaders through clear and professional written correspondence
- Work independently, proactively problem-solving and seeking resources when needed
