What are the responsibilities and job description for the Order Processing Specialist position at Morgan Hunter?
Are you a speedy, accurate and self-motivated Order Processing Specialist? Do you pride yourself on providing excellent customer service, and ensuring the integrity of data, customer account information and internal/external relationships? If so, we may just have the perfect opportunity for you!
Expectations:
- Intake and process email and phone orders, completing all steps in an accurate, timely manner
- Add new sales reps, and employees to the automated system
- Close sales rep accounts in the system that are no longer authorized to sell
- Process returns and approvals
- Provide account research; ascertain, and resolve discrepancies
- Generate maintenance reports, maintain the integrity of the data in the system
Qualifications:
- Minimum of High School diploma &/or general education degree
- At least two years’ related experience and/or training
- Prior knowledge of, or ability to learn company order processing system, with proven proficiency keying large amounts of data in an accurate and timely manner
Salary : $20 - $25
