Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and negotiating offers.
- Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, sourcing tools, and direct outreach to build pipelines.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and develop strong relationships with leaders across the organization.
- Participate in the implementation of the new ATS system, ensuring smooth integration by mid-year.
- Occasionally travel to site locations to better understand hiring needs and build relationships with stakeholders.
- Manage 25-30 requisitions at a time, ensuring an efficient, high-touch candidate experience.
- Support diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives in recruitment efforts.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in construction, engineering, or a similar industry.
- Strong sourcing skills, with the ability to identify and engage both active and passive candidates using various recruitment tools.
- Experience managing and developing long-term talent pipelines for hard-to-fill positions.
- Familiarity with ATS systems, with experience in UKG.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with internal teams and candidates.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment while remaining adaptable and collaborative.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to job sites and office locations to engage with hiring managers.
