We are looking for an enthusiastic Recruitment Consultant to join our growing Healthcare team in a sourcing and account management capacity.
You will be in a position where you will have the chance to work closely with our customers and be a key part of the search project team, sitting on the requirement briefing call, researching target companies and candidates, approaching them proactively and assessing their technical and cultural fit for our clients needs.
In addition, you will support throughout the interview process, ensuring a world class service and experience.
You will be actively encouraged to come up with suggestions about how we can continuously improve and innovate both our internal processes, technology and candidate & client solutions.
Proactive headhunting and candidate sourcing will be a key part of the role in this candidate constrained market.
Requirements
- Some previous experience in the recruitment sector is highly beneficial, as well as an eagerness to learn, a great deal of persistence, a passion for working with people, good attention to detail and a desire to be your best self and do your best work.
