Key Responsibilities :
- Represent clients in contested estate and probate matters, including will contests, trust disputes, and fiduciary litigation.
- Manage cases from start to finish, including pre-trial, trial, and post-trial phases.
- Draft legal documents such as motions, petitions, and pleadings.
- Conduct discovery, depositions, and witness preparation in estate-related cases.
- Provide legal guidance and counsel to clients on estate planning issues, including disputes arising from the administration of estates.
- Negotiate settlements and represent clients in court hearings and trials.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex estate planning matters and case strategies.
