Key responsibilities of this position:
- Preparing and organizing administrative filings of all sizes.
- Tracking regulatory developments.
- Managing digital and paper records, productions, and files.
- Assisting with productions to U.S. government agencies’ requests for documents.
- Tracking and communicating case-related dates and information.
- Preparing for witness interviews and assisting with work product relating to interviews.
- Performing restricted party screening and reconciliation.
- Preparing, analyzing and maintaining data and databases.
- Reviewing and preparing documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Researching legal, regulatory, and business-related topics.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
Experience/Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- One (1) year of internship or professional experience preferred; professional services industry experience is a plus.
- Independent, self-starting, and self-motivated with an eagerness to learn.
- Superior written/verbal communication skills with an acute attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and within a team environment are a must.
- Exceptional organization skills.
- Proven ability to meet stringent deadlines, adapt to changing priorities, and balance multiple tasks while operating in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Flexibility to travel and work evening and weekend hours at times as needed.
