Candidates must be admitted in DC, as well as Virginia and / or Maryland.Responsibilities Day-to-day handling of all pre-litigation workComplete the Flip-to-Lit approvalGuide clients through the case processDrafting and filing of pre-litigation documentsComplete TD approval for liability issuesOversee settlement negotiations and the formation of demand packagesManage the release approval processManage a team of 6-10 Case ManagersFocus on Personal injury cases, primarily automotiveDrive compliance and KPIs amongst teamEUOs, PIP Statements, recorded statementsRequirements Law degree from a fully accredited law schoolAn active member in good standing with the State Bar Association2-5 years of personal injury experienceAbility to manage high volume of pre-lit casesExcellent client service and communication skillsStrong leadership skillsSelf-starter driven by long-term career goalsSuperior writing and oral advocacy skillsThis role reports to the Senior Attorney Director – Legal Services.Salary Range : $95,000 — $125,000 USDBenefits Morgan & Morgan is a leading personal injury law firm dedicated to protecting the people, not the powerful.
