Job Summary
We are seeking a customer service-minded individual with prior apartment maintenance experience to fulfill the need of a Maintenance Technician at our properties.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot service issues including HVAC, general appliance, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing.
- Ensure both inside and exterior property meet company standards and applicable laws.
- Respond to maintenance tickets and follow up with residents and office staff on status of work.
- Work in an on-call rotation requiring night and weekend flexibility.
Requirements
- Active and valid driver's license and personal vehicle.
- Live within a 30-minute commute of properties.
- HVAC/EPA/CFC Certification preferred.
- High school diploma or GED, one-year related experience, or equivalent education and experience.
- Pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
