Your Role as a Maintenance Technician:
As a vital part of our service team, you will:
Complete maintenance work orders efficiently and professionally.
Conduct preventative maintenance to keep our community in top shape.
Prepare apartments for new residents to ensure a smooth move-in experience.
Provide top-notch customer service to our residents.
What We’re Looking For:
✔ HVAC certification (a plus, but not required)
✔ Skills in plumbing, electrical work, or carpentry
✔ Availability for on-call emergencies
✔ A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
✔ Comfort working at heights up to 85’
