Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance plans to ensure the physical aspects of our apartment communities meet company standards and applicable laws.
- Lead a team of maintenance technicians to ensure efficient and effective completion of tasks.
- Collaborate with office staff to provide excellent customer service and resolve resident complaints in a timely manner.
- Conduct regular inspections of community buildings and report any necessary repairs or maintenance.
- Manage inventory and supplies, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience in property management or a related field.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- HVAC/EPA/CFC certification preferred.
