We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our property operations department, you will be responsible for ensuring the inside and outside of our properties meet both company standards and applicable laws.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Troubleshoot service issues including HVAC, general appliance, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing.
- Ensure timely completion of maintenance requests.
- Collaborate with residents and office staff to provide excellent customer service.
- Participate in an on-call rotation requiring night and weekend flexibility.
