About the Job:
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Real Estate Operations Associate to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the prompt and professional resolution of maintenance requests at our apartment communities.
As a Floating Maintenance Technician, you will work in an on-call rotation that requires flexibility, including nights and weekends. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving service issues related to HVAC, general appliances, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing systems. Additionally, you will ensure that properties meet both company standards and applicable laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve service issues related to HVAC, general appliances, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Ensure that properties meet both company standards and applicable laws.
- Respond to maintenance tickets and follow up with residents and office staff on status of work.
- Work in an on-call rotation that requires night and weekend flexibility.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in apartment maintenance or a related field.
- Active and valid driver's license and personal vehicle.
