Are you a strategic leader with a passion for operational excellence across a dynamic portfolio? Morgan Properties is seeking an experienced Regional Property Manager to oversee a growing portfolio of apartment communities throughout South Carolina — with a home base in Greenville.

What You’ll Do:
✔ Manage the daily operations, performance, and resident experience at 5 properties
✔ Travel 60% across your assigned region to support onsite teams
✔ Supervise capital improvements and in-unit renovation projects
✔ Hire, train, coach, and evaluate Property Managers and Maintenance Supervisors
✔ Analyze KPIs and lead performance improvement strategies
✔ Present key updates and solutions to senior leadership
What You Bring:
🔹 5 years of multi-site residential property management experience
🔹 Experience with various property types (Class A, B, and C)
🔹 2 years in a Regional Manager or equivalent leadership role preferred
🔹 Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent experience
🔹 Strong coaching, team building, and business acumen
