POSITION PROFILE :

The Program Manager role at Morgan Records Management is responsible for overseeing and managing provider onboarding and release of information programs. They lead cross-functional teams to ensure efficient program execution while maintaining the highest levels of customer service and compliance.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Manage programs related to provider onboarding and release of information to ensure timely and accurate execution.
  • Develop and implement detailed program plans that align with company goals and client needs.
  • Provide leadership and oversight to cross-functional teams to ensure program scope, schedule, budget, and quality meet established objectives.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns proactively and identifying opportunities for process improvement and business expansion.
  • Lead efforts to enhance the efficiency of provider onboarding workflows and ROI processes.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and other applicable healthcare laws and standards.
  • Create and maintain program documentation, including project plans, risk management plans, and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and implement best practices for program delivery.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the company.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL :

  • 7 years of relevant experience in program management, with a focus on operational excellence, customer service, and financial management.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex programs and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute program plans, monitor progress, and drive results.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software
  • Preferred Skills :

  • Experience in healthcare provider onboarding and / or release of information programs.
  • Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and related technologies.
  • Experience working in compliance-heavy industries or roles.
