POSITION SUMMARY:
We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Part-Time Disability Inclusion Specialist to join our team. This role supports our mission by delivering training, managing schedules, and representing our services both internally and externally.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate Morgan’s entity-wide Inclusion Training calendar.
- Present in-person and virtual Inclusion Training sessions.
- Assist the Director of Inclusion and Culture in developing training content.
- Represent the Institute at both internal and external events, promoting our services.
- Maintain a positive attitude and demonstrate high energy and commitment to quality.
- Embrace and incorporate feedback for continuous improvement.
- Perform other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree (or significant coursework) in Communications, Theater, Education Social Work or related field. Work experience may substitute for education requirement.
- 2 years of system administration support and/or related business experience is strongly preferred.
- Excellent public speaking skills and able to engage, educate, and motivate audiences.
- Experience in delivering training sessions or providing technical support
- Proficient in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Comfortable with public speaking and able to engage, educate, and motivate audiences.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to manage multiple schedules.
- Experience in curriculum development is a plus.
- Prior experience working with the disability community strongly preferred.
- Background in recreation (e.g., theme parks, camps) is a plus.
- Multilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license or ability to work in-person across Morgan’s entities.
- Willingness to comply with organizational grooming guidelines and employment standards.
- Must pass a background check
- Able to lift and carry objects weighing up to 20 pounds (boxes, equipment, or supplies).
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- General onsite office setting with standard M-F business hours with occasional variations based upon client needs.
- Ability to work independently
- Core business hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Part-Time.

- Job requires accuracy and attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills, while maintaining high levels of initiative to work within specific timelines.

- Holds a valid identification card and possesses reliable transportation with minimum auto insurance, ensuring consistent availability for work-related duties.
