About the Position:
- You will lead with a client-first mindset, providing exceptional client service and supporting Financial Advisors in delivering an outstanding client experience.
- You will be responsible for cultivating relationships with business partners and colleagues internally and externally to enhance new and existing client relationships.
- You will remain current on all policies, procedures, and new platforms, sharing reminders and best practices with other service team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Support: Provide coverage for Financial Advisors, assisting in areas such as digital marketing, portfolio holdings, and proposal tools.
- Business Development & Operational Support: Assist Financial Advisors in organizing and executing their business plan, partnering with other market stakeholders.
- Administrative Support: Prepare and review various client reports and financial plans from firm-approved systems.
Requirements:
- 5 years of work experience in a field relevant to the position required.
- Four-year college degree or professional certification preferred.
- Active Series 7 (GS) and Series 66 (AG/RA) or Series 63 (AG) and Series 65 (RA) required.
