Precision Watches, a premier Official Rolex Jeweler, is seeking a Rolex Brand Experience & Events Manager to lead client engagement, brand partnerships, luxury event execution, and CRM-driven clienteling strategies. Key Responsibilities:

Client Experience, CRM & Clienteling Leadership

  • Act as the CRM and clienteling liaison, ensuring that every client interaction is aligned with Rolex’s prestigious brand standards and Precision Watches' luxury positioning.
  • Coach and train the store team on clienteling best practices, exceptional client experience strategies, and CRM adoption to ensure exceptional service.
  • Drive CRM engagement, providing feedback on system enhancements.
  • Analyze store clientele trends to identify opportunities for business growth and improve retention through strategic outreach and well-planned client engagement actions.
  • Ensure the sales team effectively utilizes client engagement tools, track key performance metrics, and implement strategies to strengthen client relationships and achieve business goals.
  • Develop strategic relationships with local luxury partners and high-end businesses to drive valuable traffic into the store and enhance client engagement programs.

Rolex Brand Liaison & Client Engagement

  • Personalize the client journey, including VIP experiences, appointment coordination, gifting, and luxury hospitality services.
  • Partner with the sales and marketing teams to enhance the Rolex experience and strengthen client loyalty.
  • Ensure that all client interactions align with Rolex’s prestigious brand image and Precision Watches’ luxury standards.
  • Serve as the primary Rolex liaison, ensuring seamless brand representation.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, delivering an exceptional, white-glove service experience.

Luxury Event Planning & Brand Partnerships

  • Plan, execute, and manage exclusive brand events for Rolex and other high-end watch brands, including private client gatherings and high-profile experiences.
  • Oversee all event logistics, from venue selection and catering to entertainment, guest lists, and VIP accommodations.
  • Coordinate with Rolex, marketing, and PR teams to execute client events, in-store experiences, and external VIP engagements.
  • Develop strategic partnerships with luxury brands, local businesses, and high-profile clientele to expand brand visibility and enhance client engagement.
  • Ensure that all marketing, gifting, and event strategies align with Rolex’s brand philosophy and Precision Watches’ premium retail experience.

Your Profile

Luxury brand experience: Background in high-end retail, hospitality, luxury concierge services, or high-net-worth client relations.
CRM expertise: Strong experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms, including training retail teams and analyzing customer data.
Exceptional event planning skills: Ability to execute flawless, high-profile luxury events.
Public relations and brand partnerships: Experience in media engagement, influencer relations, and high-end business collaborations.
Strategic thinking: Skilled at analyzing client data, recognizing trends, and developing initiatives to enhance customer loyalty and retention.
Strong leadership & coaching: Ability to train and inspire a retail team on customer engagement and clienteling techniques.
White-glove service mindset: A refined, customer-first approach to creating unforgettable luxury experiences.

Experience Required

  • 3 years of experience in luxury brand management, CRM-focused sales leadership, event planning, or client engagement.
  • Experience working with Rolex, high-end jewelry, or luxury timepieces is a strong plus.
  • Strong experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms in a luxury retail setting.
  • Proven track record in executing successful, high-end events and managing VIP client experiences.
