You will be responsible for delivering top-notch client service, executing money movement transactions, and assisting with administrative tasks such as calendar management and expense reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide service coverage for Financial Advisors, including cultivating and enhancing new and existing client relationships.
- Execute money movement transactions at the request of clients and/or Financial Advisors.
- Answer general non-investment related questions concerning client accounts, including relaying stock positions and providing account balances.
- Enter profile information or pre-fill account documentation on client accounts and/or documents in a clerical capacity at the direction of clients and/or Financial Advisors.
- Educate or enroll clients in digital tools, such as MSOnline, eSign, and eAuthorization.
- SUPPORT THE FAs/PWAS/TEAMs' MARKETING STRATEGY (e.g., website maintenance).
- Assist Financial Advisors/teams in delivering against their business plan and client service model.
- Remain current on all policies, procedures, and new platforms.
- Participate in firm initiatives, special projects, and other duties directed by local management.
Administrative Support
- Answer inbound phone calls or make outbound calls, scheduling follow-up calls with Financial Advisors/teams as needed.
- Manage calendars, coordinating meetings or events with logistics such as material preparation.
- Maintain travel itineraries, prepare expense reports, and manage reimbursement processes.
- Assist with general in-office support functions, such as copying, filing, and scanning documentation.
- Prepare and submit expense reports for processing at the direction of Financial Advisors.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalency is required; a college degree is preferred.
- Industry experience is a plus, but not necessary.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
