Job Overview
Morgan Stanley is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Client Service Associate to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our clients and supporting our Financial Advisors.

About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the success of our business. You will be responsible for delivering top-notch client service, executing money movement transactions, and assisting with administrative tasks such as calendar management and expense reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide service coverage for Financial Advisors, including cultivating and enhancing new and existing client relationships.
  • Execute money movement transactions at the request of clients and/or Financial Advisors.
  • Answer general non-investment related questions concerning client accounts, including relaying stock positions and providing account balances.
  • Enter profile information or pre-fill account documentation on client accounts and/or documents in a clerical capacity at the direction of clients and/or Financial Advisors.
  • Educate or enroll clients in digital tools, such as MSOnline, eSign, and eAuthorization.
  • SUPPORT THE FAs/PWAS/TEAMs' MARKETING STRATEGY (e.g., website maintenance).
  • Assist Financial Advisors/teams in delivering against their business plan and client service model.
  • Remain current on all policies, procedures, and new platforms.
  • Participate in firm initiatives, special projects, and other duties directed by local management.

Administrative Support
  • Answer inbound phone calls or make outbound calls, scheduling follow-up calls with Financial Advisors/teams as needed.
  • Manage calendars, coordinating meetings or events with logistics such as material preparation.
  • Maintain travel itineraries, prepare expense reports, and manage reimbursement processes.
  • Assist with general in-office support functions, such as copying, filing, and scanning documentation.
  • Prepare and submit expense reports for processing at the direction of Financial Advisors.

Qualifications
  • A high school diploma or equivalency is required; a college degree is preferred.
  • Industry experience is a plus, but not necessary.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
