We're seeking someone to join our team as a Corporate Actions Analyst in Shared Services and Banking Ops to support both retail and institutional client and the Firm in proxy voting and class action filing.
In the Operations division, we partner with business units across the Firm to support financial transactions, devise and implement effective controls and develop client relationships. This is an Analyst level position within Core Services, which is responsible for performing and managing product-agnostic and centralized operational services across several businesses and products.

Salary range for the position: $58,000 - $62,000 Yr. The successful candidate may be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. The successful candidate may be eligible to participate in the relevant business unit’s incentive compensation plan, which also may include a discretionary bonus component. What You’ll Do In The Role
- Process transactions/tasks within coverage area
- Respond to client requests with accuracy and speed, ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures
- Follow escalation framework, taking responsibility for identifying, escalating and preventing issues
- Raise issues, question others and offer solutions/ideas
- Answer client queries related to their corporate action needs
- Support clients in executing timely and accurate proxy voting
- Ability to build trust and find innovative ways to improve teamwork, functions/processes and create a positive work environment
- Understanding of business area supported, client requirements, and importance of not compromising control to comply with client requests
- Culture carrier across Operations, embracing the Firm's core values
- At least 0-2 years’ relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role
