You will be responsible for delivering top-notch client service, executing money movement transactions, and assisting with administrative tasks such as calendar management and expense reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Financial Advisors/teams in cultivating and enhancing new and existing client relationships.
- Execute money movement transactions at the request of clients and/or Financial Advisors.
- Respond to client inquiries regarding account information, including stock positions and account balances.
- Enter profile information or pre-fill account documentation on client accounts and/or documents in a clerical capacity at the direction of clients and/or Financial Advisors.
- Educate or enroll clients in digital tools, such as MSOnline, eSign, and eAuthorization.
- Contribute to the FAs/PWAs/Team's marketing strategy (e.g., website maintenance).
- Assist Financial Advisors/teams in delivering against their business plan and client service model.
- Stay up-to-date on all policies, procedures, and new platforms.
- PARTICIPATE IN FIRM INITIATIVES, SPECIAL PROJECTS, AND OTHER DUTIES DIRECTED BY LOCAL MANAGEMENT.
Administrative Support
- Answer inbound phone calls or make outbound calls, scheduling follow-up calls with Financial Advisors/teams as needed.
- Coordinate meeting arrangements, preparing agendas and sending calendar invitations with Zoom credentials.
- Maintain accurate records of travel itineraries, prepare expense reports, and oversee reimbursement processes.
- Support with general office operations, including copying, filing, and scanning documentation.
- Submit expense reports for processing at the direction of Financial Advisors.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalency is required; a college degree is preferred.
- Industry experience is advantageous, but not mandatory.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with others.
- Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic environment.
- Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
